Smithfield, RI – High Purity New England, a supplier of solutions and equipment for the biopharmaceutical industry, is undergoing a substantial hiring push – looking to immediately begin hiring more than 150+ employees by Q1 2022. Over the past few years alone, the company has grown tremendously from a small organization of 60 employees in 2019, to ending 2020 with a hiring push of 100+ employees. This new campaign firmly places the company on its path to reaching 350 employees in 2022.

This hiring push is part of a larger strategic plan for the company. HPNE is preparing to open their new multi-million-dollar facility in early December, bringing their total square footage to more than 100,000 sq ft. and more than tripling their manufacturing output. To that end, High Purity New England has continued to expand on its product offerings, adding new distributed products to their portfolio, including Univercells Technologies and Savillex, as well as, launching their newly redesigned FlowMaxx Pro pump line. Looking to the future, the company is in the development stages of multiple new products which they hope to bring to market in 2022.

Mark A. Sitcoske, founder and CEO of HPNE, has noted that, “Our need for new employees increases every day as we continue to expand and build our business. As the demand for our products grows, so does the need for more hands-on deck to help assist in that growth.”

The company has a wide range of job offerings open, including but not limited to Cleanroom Assemblers, Quality Control Inspectors, Engineers, Product Managers, Client Service Representatives, and Management of varying levels for all departments.

HPNE is looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and are extremely detail-oriented. Additionally, the company is seeking out employees who thrive working in a team environment and who display exemplary leadership qualities. The company is currently made up of a diverse group of individuals with a range of professional experiences and backgrounds – HPNE hopes to further expand upon this as they believe it is crucial to their success.

As the industry needs grow, High Purity New England, Inc. continues to supply the biopharma and biotech industries with a range of innovative products, from drug discovery and development to fill-finish, including their flagship product, custom single-use assemblies, as well as pumps, mixers, and other single-use solutions. Along with their own manufactured products for the global market, they are also a distributor for 18 brands in North America. HPNE proudly supports numerous companies working on vaccines and therapeutics in the fight against COVID-19.
