Jay Round, RI Bio’s Entrepreneur in Residence, sat down with Josh Fenton of GoLocalProv to discuss the developing life science sector in the Ocean State. Highlights include RI’s new neurology R&D institutions, an incredibly promising, homegrown ocular therapy company, and various technologies emerging from both academic and private groups that will help drive molecular discovery and future drug approvals.  In aggregate, RI’s life sciences sector, inclusive of healthcare, agricultural, and aquatic biology, is poised to further grow the state’s economy and generate exciting investment opportunities.
