COVID-19 has changed the way we work, learn and live. For many of us, the coronavirus has been the most significant, and perhaps the most traumatic, experience of our lives. It will have a huge impact on us as individuals, as a society and as a workforce.
In partnership with RI DLT, we provide several programs for technical incumbent employees. The Emerging Leaders Track is for up-and-coming project leaders and program managers. Managers looking to grow with their organizations are offered an Advanced Leadership Track. An individual online assessment is conducted prior to training and utilized throughout each module as a Best Practices tool. Students who attend and complete 6 of 7 modules received a Certificate of Recognition.
Previous attendees have included individual entrepreneurs to employees at small, mid-size and large organizations. Attendees include employees at Amgen, Epivax, Rhode Island Quality Institute, St. Elizabeth’s Community, Ximedica, Brown/Lifespan and Rubius Therapeutics.
Types of workers: Engineers, scientists, quality control employees, nurses, technicians, data analysts, programmers, and project leaders. Interested in participating? Give us a call at 401-400-5499.
