In the aftermath of the pandemic and resulting re-imagining of work, organizations became more agile and excellent project management became even more important. RI Bio’s Advanced Project Management Series can help managers solve project issues and pave the way for more effective work while managing risk.

Our new intense format consists of five weeks of guided learning, each comprising multimedia, interactive modules, curated readings, Monday Discussions, and Saturday Deliverables. Even if you’ve taken RI Bio’s Project Management courses before, this program is more in-depth and there are new topics to learn. All sessions are online and self-guided! This program is designed so you learn in your own time, within a 5-week period and rolling enrollment begins February 1st.

Participants will spend approximately 7 hours per week working through the materials and assignments. Each module begins on a Sunday evening and assignments are due the following Saturday.

All modules provide the skills and current industry best practices which must be learned and perfected by current project management professionals seeking to remain current in their field. Participants who complete the entire program receive 3.5 CEUs. This course satisfies the educational requirement to sit for the PMI CAPM or PMP Certification exam (35 hours). It is not a test prep course, although practice exam questions are included.

Due to the nature of funding for this program, participants must either live and/or work in RI. Remote work is acceptable, and workshops are free for RI Bio members.
