Workforce challenges are a top challenge for employers. Offering training to help employees succeed and increase performance can help. This program – designed for incumbent workers who live or work in RI – gives employers a valuable retention tool to help retain key staff. Participants will benefit from a hands-on experience that develops additional interpersonal skills and knowledge to work more efficiently. Effective communication and employee engagement provides opportunities that help foster loyalty and commitment to your organization.

Three live, virtual, stand-alone courses will help upskill your workforce with a deep dive into each topic. Classes are a blend of instructor-led concepts, small group discussions, interactive exercises, and coaching to promote learner engagement and concept comprehension. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded.

Due to the nature of funding for this program, participants must either live and/or work in RI. Remote work is acceptable, and workshops are free for RI Bio members.
