Create team engagement for a dispersed workforce
Organizations are navigating workforce challenges like never before – workplace safety, remote work, a labor shortage. To survive and thrive, they need resilient, effective leaders who can inspire and motivate. Great leaders attract, hire, and inspire great people – key to reducing turnover and filling the talent pipeline.

Participants will learn how to lead with compassion and understand Stephen Covey’s circle of influence/concern theory. Seven modules, one coaching session and a capstone project is included.
