Build a resilient & sustainable organization

_____

_____

Create team engagement for a dispersed workforce

Organizations are navigating workforce challenges like never before – workplace safety, remote work, a labor shortage. To survive and thrive, they need resilient, effective leaders who can inspire and motivate. Great leaders attract, hire, and inspire great people – key to reducing turnover and filling the talent pipeline.

RI Bio’s virtual Leadership Training for Advanced Leadership will help current leaders add to their skillset and become even stronger leaders who can navigate change easily and bring the rest of the organization with them. Participants will learn how to lead with compassion and understand Stephen Covey’s circle of influence/concern theory. Seven modules, one coaching session and a capstone project is included.
