RI Bio, Leadership RI and Real Jobs Rhode Island recently teamed up to offer a life sciences leadership development training to help technical professionals at Amgen, EpiVax, Rhode Island Quality Institute and Ximedica learn change management, effective communications, conflict resolution, delegation and team building skills. All of our recent graduates are well on their way on their leadership journey!  Here’s some of the great feedback we received from the participants and their managers.
