This highly sensitive project consisted of an interior fit-out of this biopharma solutions manufacturer and distributor at their Smithfield, RI building. The work provided a state-of-the-art clean room environment for manufacturing, a new distribution center and a new lab, as well as additional office space. The project included a mezzanine level, as well as a prefabricated clean room. The scope required significant design considerations including the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection components. Through an IPD delivery method, this project was delivered successfully on time and within budget.
