RI Bio Kicks Off Life Sciences Leadership Development Training Program

Through a partnership with Leadership Rhode IslandBryant University and the Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training, RI Bio is offering a training program that aligns with the Leadership Rhode Island Make RI Stronger initiative while addressing critical skills that are needed to grow life sciences organizations.  The program focuses on change management, effective communication, conflict resolution and team building.

The program officially kicked off late January and will continue into early June.  The current session is comprised of the following RI Bio companies:
